I will adjust your training and nutrition to your everyday life and I am going to teach you how you can make fitness a part of your life instead of fitness taking over your whole life. You will be able to reach your fitness goals and still enjoy family dinner and invitations.

I also show you how to choose your own foods and be able to eat out. We will adjust your nutrition whenever it is necessary to keep progressing.

  • 1x per week Check-in via E-Mail (questions, feedback)

You get your own training plan designed according to you and your goals. Do have pain or injuries? We will find exercises that fit your body, improve posture and reduce pain.


  • Your personal workout plan (with regular adjustments)
  • video tutorials for the exercises
  • progression lists to track your workouts (I will have access to them so I can guide you on your way to success)


I don't want to just show you what to do, but also how to to it! We will  work on your nutrition, your mindset, daily activity, sleep, stress.. This is the only way you can get results that last!

You get your training and nutrition plan adjusted to you and your own personal goals. This combination will bring you your best results!

  2. You fill out the questionnaire and send it back to me.based on that I will create your plans and send them to you via E-Mail
  3. We have weekly check-ins via mail. That way I can adjust your plans
  4. We celebrate your success
